ROYAL RICE DISH

1 1/2 pound pork sausage
2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 packages dry chicken noodle soup
2 cup uncooked rice
9 cup water
1 cup celery, cut up
1 cup slivered almonds
Brown sausage and remove from skillet. Use same fat to fry onions and bell pepper until limp. Oil a large 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle sausage, onions and bell pepper. Sprinkle in dry soup; top with rice. Pour water over casserole. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 375 F. degrees. When rice is done and mixture is thickened, remove from oven and fold in celery and almonds.
