SAUSAGE WITH RICE

1 pound pork sausage

3 stalks of celery , diced

1/2 onion, finely chopped

 1/2 green pepper, chopped

 1 package dry chicken-noodle soup

5/8 cup raw instant rice

3 cup water

  Lightly brown and separate sausage. Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole. Bake uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 F. degrees. NOTEA : If desired all ingredients except water may be combined and mixture refrigerated until time to bake. 

YIELD: 4-6  Servings
