SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 pound pork sausage

1 can mushroom soup

2 cans condensed chicken and rice soup

1 cup raw rice

1 cup diced celery

1 green pepper, chopped

 1/2 pound grated American Cheese

   Lightly brown sausage and pour off fat. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2- quart casserole .Bake covered at 375 F. degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

YIELD:  8 Servings
