SCALLOPED CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS

1 cup milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cup dried bread crumbs

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 cup cooked chicken, diced

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

3/4 cup cheese, grated

 2 Tablespoon pimento, diced

   Add milk to mushroom soup; heat and stir until well mixed. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Arrange alternate layers of buttered bread crumbs, chicken, salt , pepper, cheese and mushroom soup. Add remaining bread crumbs and pimento. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 25-30 minutes.

YIELD: 5-6 Servings
