SCALLOPED TURKEY

4 cup cooked turkey, diced

 6 cup dry bread cubes

1/4 cup butter, melted

4 3/4 cup chicken broth

3/4 teaspoon sage

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 Tablespoon minced onion

1/4 cup chicken fat

1/2 cup flour

   Place diced chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2- inch pan. Combine bread cubes, butter, sage, 3/4 cup chicken broth, seasonings and onion ; place on top of chicken. Blend chicken fat and flour; slowly stir in remaining broth. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Pour over dressing ; bake at 350 F. degrees  oven for 40 minutes.

YIELD: 10-12 Servings
