SOUR CREAM-CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1/4 cup onion, diced

1/4 cup celery, diced

2 Tablespoon butter

1/2 cup sour cream

1 can cream of celery soup

2 cup long grain rice, steamed

1 cup chicken

1/4 cup toasted almonds ( optional)

   Saute onions and celery in butter until tender, Mix sour cream and soup until smooth. Layer rice, chicken, vegetables and soup mixture. Sprinkle with toasted almonds. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 20 minutes.

YIELD : 6-7 Servings
