STUFFED BAKED HAM

4 slices of bacon, diced

3/4 cup celery, chopped

3/4 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

4 tart apples, chopped

 3 cup soft bread crumbs

1 Tablespoon chopped Parsley

2 slices of center-cut ham

   Saute bacon, celery, onion and green pepper; mix with apples, bread crumbs, and parsley. Place dressing as a filling between ham slices in casserole. Bake uncovered at 325 F. degrees for 1 hour. 

YIELD: 6-8 Servings
