SUPER SUPPER

1-2 cup onion, chopped
1-2 cup celery, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 ( 8 oz) package noodles, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cracker Crumbs ( optional)
Brown onion, celery and ground beef. Add cooked noodles and soups. Mix all ingredients well except crumbs. Place two 1 1/2 quart casseroles; top with cracker crumbs, if desired. Bake for 1 hour at 275 F. degrees.
YIELD: 10-12 Servings
