THREE- SOUP HOT DISH

1 1/2 - 2 pound ground beef or cubed pork
1 large onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can vegetable- beef soup
1 large package or 2 cans chow mien noodles
3/4 cup chopped celery ( optional)
Brown meat, onion and celery in small amount of fat; season lightly. Combine undiluted soups and heat. Arrange noodles in large casserole. Pour meat over noodles; top with soups. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30-40 minutes. NOTE: If desired, soups and noodles may be mixed with browned meat, covered and baked at 250 F. degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
YIELD: 8 Servings
