TURKEY LOAF

1 cup broken spaghetti

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup cooked turkey or chicken, diced

1 1/2 cup milk, scalded

2 Tablespoon butter, melted

3/4 cup American cheese, grated

1/4 cup green pepper, diced

3 Tablespoon pimento, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 eggs, slightly beaten

  Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water ; drain. Combine spaghetti with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Turn into a greased loaf pan or a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Set in a pan of hot water. Cook at 300 F. degrees for 1 hour. Serve plain or with mushroom sauce.

YIELD: 6 Servings
