TURKEY STROGANOFF

1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

2 Tablespoon onion, chopped

2 Tablespoon butter or margarine

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cup cooked noodles

1 cup cooked turkey, diced

 1/2 teaspoon paprika

   Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. In a 1 -quart casserole ; blend soup and sour cream ; stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes.

YIELD: 4 Servings
