VEAL HOT DISH

Submitted by Mrs. Hilda C. Burt from New Mexico

1 pound veal or round steak

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

1 can chicken and rice soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup rice

3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

  Cut meat in 2- inch squares. Brown in hot fat. Combine all ingredients with meat. Bake in greased casserole for 3 hours at 35o F. degrees. 

Yield: 6-8 Servings
