VEAL - PORK CASSEROLE

1 pound veal, diced

1/2 pound pork, diced

Fat

Onion, chopped

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 can mushroom soup

1/2 cup uncooked rice

1 cup celery, diced

Buttered crumbs

   Brown meats in a little fat ; add onion and brown. Add remaining ingredients except crumbs ; pour into casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
