BOLOGNA- NOODLE CASSEROLE

3 cup cooked noodles
1 cup bologna, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon fat
Arrange alternate layers of noodles and bologna in a greased baking dish. Add salt, pepper and milk; cover with crumbs. Dot with fat and bake at 400 F. degrees for 30 minutes. NOTE : Use macaroni or spaghetti instead of noodles if desired.
YIELD : 6 Servings
