CAMPER'S CASSEROLE

1 can luncheon meat, sliced

4 large potatoes, sliced

1 pound carrots, sliced

 1 onion, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

    lightly brown meat slices. Add layers of potatoes, carrots and onion. Season . Cover tightly; simmer for 25 minutes.

YIELD: 4 Servings
