CHICKETTE

1 pound chicken livers, chopped
2 Tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 1/2 cup water
1 ( 8 oz) package uncooked spaghetti
2 Tablespoon celery leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
Brown chicken livers in cooking oil. Stir in all other ingredients, except soup. cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add soup during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
YIELD: 4-6 Servings
