COMPANY BEEF- NOODLE CASSEROLE

2 pound noodles

2 cans mushroom soup

1/2 cup catsup

1/2 pound dried beef, sliced fresh

1 Tablespoon onion juice

1 1/2 cans evaporated milk

1/2 pound mushrooms

Butter

  Boil noodles in salt water and drain. Combine mushroom soup , catsup , cut dried beef, onion juice, milk and noodles. Blend well and place in a casserole dish ; bake in 350 F. degrees oven for 1 hour. Fry mushroom caps in butter until brown on top ; place on to of baked casserole.

YIELD:  15-17 Servings
