CRAB SUPREME

Submitted by Mrs. Mary Lou Hayes from Utah

1 cup canned crab meat

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 cup cream

1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon parsley, minced

6 hard- cooked eggs, diced

1 teaspoon onion, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

1/2 cup buttered fine dry bread crumbs

    Mix all ingredients except buttered dry crumbs and place in a buttered casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake in a 350 F. degrees oven for 20 minutes

YIELD: 6-8 Servings
