DELUUXE CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE

1 1/2 cup broken noodles
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
12 - oz can corned beef, cut up
1 cup process American cheese , grated
1/4 to 1/2 cup onion , finely cut
1/2 cup potato chips, crumbled
Cook noodles in unsalted water ; drain. Combine soup, evaporated milk, corned beef, cheese, onon and noodles in a 3 quart bowl. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake at 425 F. degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly hot. NOTE : If desired , 1 Tablespoon dehydrated onion may be used.
