DELUXE DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE

1 can mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

3 Tablespoon minced onion

1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

1 ( 4- or 5 oz) package dried beef, cut up

2 hard cooked eggs, sliced ( optional)

1 Tablespoon chopped pimento ( optional)

   Combine soup and milk , stirring until creamy. Add other ingredients, folding in eggs last. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD : 4 Servings
