DRIED BEEF SUPREME

Submitted by Mrs. Joanne Beck from Illinois

1/4 pound dried beef, cut in bite-size pieces

2 Tablespoon margarine or butter

3/4 cup milk

1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

3 hard- cooked eggs, sliced

    Fry beef in margarine until slightly browned. Add the mushroom soup, milk and cheese , stirring constantly. When cheese is melted , simmer mixture for 15 minutes. Add eggs and serve in a toast cup on toast, over chow mien noodles, or over rice.

YIELD : 4-6 Servings
