EASY LIVER CASSEROLE

5 strips bacon

1 pound liver

4 Tablespoon flour

Salt to taste

1 can tomato soup

3-4 Tablespoon green pepper, minced

1-2 Tablespoon onion, minced

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

   Cut up bacon ; fry in skillet until crisp. Remove. Dredge liver in flour with salt. Brown in bacon fat. Pour on tomato soup. Add green pepper, onion and chili powder. Sprinkle bacon on top. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings
