EGG-CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 pint milk

1 package creamettes, cooked

1/4 pound chipped beef

1/4 pound mild Cheddar cheese, cubed

1 small onion, minced

4 hard- cooked eggs, chopped

1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

    Mix soup and milk ; beat until well blended. Add the rest of the ingredients except crumbs ; pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle the crumbs on top and bake for 15-20 minutes longer.

YIELD : 10 Serving
