FULL O ' BOLOGNA

1 1/2 cup or 1/2 pound bologna , sliced or cubed

2 cup raw potatoes, sliced or cubed

1 medium onion, diced

1 cup carrots, diced ( optional)

6 Tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 Tablespoon margarine or butter

2 cup milk

   Arrange ingredients except margarine and milk in alternate layers in greased 7 or 8- inch baking dish. Dot with butter. Pour milk over all. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD  : 4-6 Servings
