HOT DOG CASSEROLE

8 hot dogs

1 1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 Tablespoon onion, finely chopped

1 1/2 cup potatoes, diced

2 cup medium white sauce

1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated or buttered crumbs

   Add hot dogs to boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes ; cool slightly. Cut into 1-inch rounds. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put into baking dish; top with cheese or crumbs. If cheese is used ; add to casserole last 5 minutes of baking. Bake at 465 F. degrees for 20-25 minutes.

YIELD:  6 Servings

 ( thats what the recipe is states 465F. degrees...)
