LAYERED DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE

1 ( 4 oz) package dried beef
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 ( 8 1/2 oz) can peas
1 ( 10 1/2 oz) can creamed chicken soup
1 ( 10 1/2 oz) can mushroom soup
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 ( 5 oz) can chow mien noodles
A few sprigs of parsley ( optional)
Cut the dried beef in chips ; pour boiling water over and drain off at once. Mix all ingredients except the noodles ; arrange mixture in a casserole in layers with the noodles , ending with noodles on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 F. degrees .
YIELD : 10 Servings
