LUNCHEON CORNED BEEF

Submitted by Mrs. Ardelle Grove from South Dakota

1 ( 8 oz) package noodles

1/4 pound Velveeta cheese

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 large can evaporated milk

1 small can pimento

1 small onion, chopped

 1 can corned beef 

2 cup buttered corn flakes

    Cook noodles and drain. Melt cheese in soup and milk. Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Pour in casserole ; top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 45 minutes.

YIELD: 12 Servings
