MACARONI - BOLOGNA ROLL

1 ( 8 oz) package macaroni

4 cup boiling water

1 cup thin white sauce

1 1/2 cup cooked peas

Salt and pepper 

Paprika

1 pound bologna, uncut

1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated

    Add macaroni to boiling water ; cover and cook slowly for 14-18 minutes. Do not drain. Add white sauce and peas; season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut bologna down the center., being careful not to cut all the way through. Place in an oiled baking dish. Pile macaroni mixture in the center of the bologna roll; cover with cheese. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot, sliced crosswise. 

YIELD : 4-6 Servings
