MUSHROOM- CORNED BEEF DISH

1 package shell macaroni

1 can corned beef

1 can mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken or celery soup

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

3 Tablespoon onion, minced

1/4 cup butter

 1 cup sharp cheese, grated

1 ( 8 oz) can mushrooms

Buttered bread crumbs

     Boil macaroni for 6-8 minutes ; blanch quickly. Place in casserole with corned beef which has been broken into small piece. Heat soups, Worcestershire sauce, onion and butter ; add grated cheese and mushrooms with liquid. Pour over macaroni and corned beef. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. degrees. NOTE : Lobster or tuna may be substituted for corned beef. Add milk if casserole becomes too dry.

YIELD :  8-10 Servings
