PEAS AND BEEF CASSEROLE

1/4 pound dried beef

1/2 cup celery, chopped

 8 1/2 oz canned or frozen peas

1 cup condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup pimento

1 teaspoon onion, grated

1 ( 5 oz) can Chinese noodles

Parsley ( garnish)

Ripe olives ( garnish)

   Cut dried beef into pieces. Combine with all other ingredients except noodles. Arrange alternate layers of noodles and beef mixture in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, ending with noodles. Bake at 375 F. degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and ripe olives.

YIELD : 6-8 Servings
