PEAS AND CORNED BEEF

1 ( 12 oz) package frozen peas

1 ( 12 oz) can corned beef

2  cup medium white sauce

2 Tablespoon pimentos, chopped

2 cup  hot mashed potatoes

    Cook frozen peas for 5 minutes. Break corned beef into bite-size piece. Place half of beef into greased casserole. Spread peas over beef. Place rest of beef over layers of peas. Pour white sauce and pimentos over beef and peas. Top with mashed potatoes. Brown at 375 F. degrees for 15-20 minutes.

YIELD : 6 Servings
