Pimento- Corned Beef Hot Dish

PIMENTO -CORNED BEEF HOT DISH

2 ( 8 oz) package noodles

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery soup

2 large cans evaporated milk

2 (12 oz) cans corned beef, cubed

1/2 pound processed American cheese, cubed

1 Tablespoon onion, minced

1 small jar pimentos, minced

Potato chips, crushed

   Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Pour into casserole. Top with crushed potato chiped. Bake at 350F. degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 

YIELD :  20 Servings

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
