POTATO -CORNED BEEF CASSEROLER

2 cup potatoes, cooked and sliced

1 ( 12 oz ) can corned beef

Onion, sliced

3 hard-cooked eggs

2 Tablespoon butter

2 Tablespoon flour

2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

Pepper

1 cup cheese, grated

1/3 cup buttered crumbs

   In greased Casserole place layers of potatoes, slices of corned beef and onion.Cut eggs in half crosswise and push into mixture, cut side up. Make white sauce of butter, flour , milk and seasoning. Add cheese to sauce ; heat until melted and pour over all. Add crumbs to top. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes.

YIELD: 5-6 Servings
