QUICK DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/4 pound dried beef, shredded

1/4 cup fat

4 Tablespoon flour

2 cup milk

2 cup cooked macaroni

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 Tablespoon parsley, minced

1/3 cup American cheese, grated

    Cook onion, celery, and dried beef in hot fat until onion is golden brown. Stir in flour ; add milk gradually and stir until slightly thickened. Add macaroni, seasonings and parsley. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 -400 F. degrees for 15-20 minutes.

YIELD: 4-5 Servings
