SAUSAGE AND CORN CASSEROLE

7 Vienna Sausages

1 No. 2 can whole kernel corn

1/2 green pepper, chopped

Salt and pepper

2 cup medium white sauce

1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

    Cut sausage ; mix with corn and green pepper. Season to taste. Layer crumbs, corn mixture and sauce. Top with buttered crumbs ; bake at 350 F. degrees for 20 minutes.

YIELD :  5 Servings
