VEGETABLE - GIBLET CASSEROLE

1 package bread cubes
1 cup milk
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
Giblets, chopped or ground
3 carrots, chopped or ground
1 apple, chopped or ground
1 potato, chopped or ground
1 cup celery, diced
2 eggs
1 teaspoon marjoram or sage
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix bread cubes and milk in a large bowl. Brown meats, onion and giblets ; add to bread mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. NOTE: The mixture may also be used for stuffing wild game.
YIELD: 10-12 Servings
