Easy Crescent Rolls

 A great Recipe for those Crescent Rolls

What you Will Need:

1 package yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs beaten

1 cup warm water

1/4 cup oil 

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt


  Mix yeast mixture, sugar, eggs and water. Add oil, salt and flour. Let stand until doubled ( 3-4 hours or overnight in fridge) Knead 75 times if desired. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out like a pie crust. Cut into 8 pie shaped pieces. Roll wide edge into the points for crescent rolls. Place on greased cookie sheets. Let rise until doubled. about 1/2 hour. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 Degrees.
