Chicken Pot Pie

 All I can say is yum to this one


                                                        Chicken Pot Pie


        Boil chicken until it falls off the bones. Put in a 9 x 12 inch pan.

Make Sauce;

3 Tablespoon butter rubbed in 3 Tablespoon flour
1 cup cream or milk
3 cup rich broth

Recipe states to pour over chicken, Don't pour ALL over Chicken, it creates a filling that's too saucy.

CRUST;
2 cup flour                                                            2 teaspoon shortening
2 teaspoon baking powder                                   1 egg
1 cup milk

   Mix well with spoon. Spread over contents. Bake in quick oven ( 400 F. Degrees). Save back a little sauce to add, if too dry when serving.
