Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

                                                         Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Cake:
 
2 cup flour                                                          2/3 cup extra chunky peanut butter
2 cup sugar                                                         1/2 cup buttermilk or milk plus 2
1 teaspoon soda                                                                           Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt                                                 2 eggs, stir well
1 cup water                                                         1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick oleo ( butter)

ICING :
5 Tablespoon water                                            2 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick oreo ( Butter)                                          6 cup sifted powdered sugar
2/3 cup extra chunky peanut butter

   Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl. In saucepan bring to a boil oleo, peanut butter and water, pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Add Buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix, pour into greased and floured 11x 17 inch sheet cakepan. Bake 15 minutes at 400 ( F)degrees. or test with toothpick. While cake is still warm spread with frosting. Bring water , oleo, and peanut butter to a boil. Add vanilla, then stir in powdered sugar ( use more if needed) beat well. Cover cake with frosting...
