New Ideas

 I have some new ideas for this blog...Why not share the recipes from like church or organization cookbooks...My plan is start this in the month of May, The plan is to share the cover ( if their is one), Share the information in the books, the organizations, Church's, etc...I came up with this idea last night while reading comments on one of my cookbook groups...An I do agree these recipes and the people who submitted the need to be shared..I do have lots of other types of recipes , from newspapers, products, etc...I may even try some of these recipes, if so they will be on my YouTube channel.. So this first one doesn't have a cover, in actually it is falling apart...But let's dive in                  This will be the first one...

Beef Stroganoff Casserole

  This is a cookbook is a home economics cookbook, don't know what year , but I suspect from the 60s  This recipe is on page 20, second recipe on this page. Beef Stroganoff Casserole submitted by Mrs. Constance Cebulla from Minnesota 1 pound round steak, cubed  1 large onion, cut in rings salt and pepper 1 can mushrooms soup 1 cup sour cream 1 ( 8 oz) package macaroni, cooked olives ( optional) Green pepper ( optional Brown meat and onions; add seasonings and green pepper if desired. Add mushrooms soup; simmer for 10 minutes . Remove from heat; mix in sour cream and sliced olives if desired. Combine meat mixture with ,macaroni; bake for in a greased casserole for 45 minutes at 350 F. Degrees

Baked Lasagna
