BAKED VEAL CHOP SUEY
 Submitted by Mrs. Ruth Lathrope from Wisconsin
1 pound veal, cut in small pieces
 2 medium onions, chopped
 2 Tablespoon fat
1 cup celery, chopped
 3/4 cup raw rice, washed
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cup water
 1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
  Brown veal and onions in fat; add celery, rice and soy sauce. Add soups, water, salt and pepper. Put into greased casserole; bake 2 hours at 325 F. degrees. Stir lightly once when it begins to cook so rice does not settle on bottom.
 YIELD: 6-8  Servings
