BEEF STROGANOFF

1/2 cup onion, minced

1/4 cup butter

1 pound ground chuck

1 clove garlic, minced

 2 Tablespoon flour

1 can cream of mushrooms soup

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 cup sour cream

Parsley

  Saute onions in butter until golden. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and paprika; saute for 5 minutes. Add soup; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings
