BEST EVER VEAL CASSEROLE

2 pound veal ,cubed

 1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 ( 10 oz ) can condensed beef broth

1 1/4 cup sour cream

1/3 cup flour

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup ground parsley

4 oz noodles

 2 Tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted

 1/4 teaspoon poppy seed

  Brown veal in butter; sprinkle with salt, curry powder, pepper, paprika and sugar. Add broth and sour cream. Blend together flour, water and parsley; stir in mixture. Simmer 1 hour. Cook noodles; drain and rinse. Place in casserole dish. Put veal in center. Sprinkle almonds and poppy seeds on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  4 Servings
