CHICKEN FINALE

2 cup medium noodles

1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

 1/4 cup onion, minced

2 Tablespoon butter or margarine

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4- 1/3 cup ripe olives, sliced

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced

1/4 cup blanched almonds, quartered

1 Tablespoon parsley, minced ( optional)

   Cook noodles according to directions on package;. Saute green pepper and onions in butter until tender. Add sour cream, milk, soup, salt, olives , pepper and chicken. Stir in noodles. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle top with almonds and parsley. Bake 35 -40 minutes at 350 F. degrees. NOTE :  Almonds may be mixed in casserole.

YIELD: 6 Servings
