CHICKEN ' N' STUFFING SCALLOP

1 ( 8 oz) package seasoned stuffing

3 cup cooked o r canned chicken, cubed

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

4 cup chicken broth

6 eggs, slightly beaten

1 can cream of mushrooms soup

1/4 cup milk

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup pimento , chopped

   Prepare stuffing. Spread in a baking dish ; top with a layer of chicken. Melt butter ; blend in flour and seasonings. Add cool broth ; cook and stir until mixture thickens. Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs ; return to hot mixture. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 40-45 minutes ; cut in squares. Combine remaining ingredients ; heat, stirrring until hot. Serve over squares.
