CHICKEN TETRAZZINI

1 ( 5 pound ) hen, cooked

1 box spaghetti

Chicken broth

Milk

1/4 pound butter

2/3 cup flour

1/2 pound Old English Cheese, grated

1/2 pound American Cheese, grated

1 large onion, diced

 1 green pepper, diced

 1 large can mushrooms

Mushroom liquid

Bread Crumbs

   Bone chicken and dice meat . Cook spaghetti ; season with a small amount of broth. Add milk to remaining broth to make a 1 quart.; add butter and flour. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Saute onion , pepper and ,mushrooms in mushroom liquid. Thoroughly blend all ingredients except crumbs in a buttered casserole; top with crumbs. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes.

YIELD :  15 minutes
