CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE

1 medium onion, minced

1 1/2 -2 pound chop suey meat

2 cup celery, chopped

1 can bean sprouts, drained

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can chow mien noodles

Salt and pepper to taste

   Brown onion in small amount of fat. Add chop suey and cook until meat is tender. Add celery; cook until done. Combine in a 2 1/2 -quart casserole with bean sprouts, soups, half of noodles, and seasonings. Mix together and top with other half of noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  6 Servings
