CITY CHICKEN SUPREME

1 pound pork ,cubed

1 pound veal, cubed

Salt to taste

Bread crumbs

Fat

1 can whole tomatoes

1 stalk celery

2 small onions

2 carrots

1/2 cup water

  Place alternate meat cubes on small skewer. Salt to taste. Bread the meat on the skewer. Fry in fat until golden brown. Place in casserole ; pour tomatoes over . Add celery , onions, carrots and water. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 2 hours. If sauce is too thick, add more water. 

YIELD:  4-6 Servings
