GOLDEN HAM PIE

3 Tablespoon onion, chopped

 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup far

6 Tablespoon flour

2 cup milk

2 cup cooked ham, diced

1 can cream of chicken soup

   Saute onion and green pepper in fat; remove from heat. Blend in flour; gradually stir in milk, ham and soup. Boil 1 minute. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 450 F. degrees while preparing biscuits.

CHEESE BISCUITS

1 cup sifted flour

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 teaspoon shortening

3/4 cup cheese, grated

1 pimento, chopped

 1/3 cup milk

   Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening; stir in remaining ingredients. Rolls out and cut. place biscuits on hot mixture; bake 15-20 minutes.

YIELD :  4 Servings
