HAM CASSEROLE ORIENTALE

2 cup cooked ham, diced

1 can pineapple tidbits, drained

1 cup celery , thinly sliced

1 Tablespoon butter or margarine

1 cup green pepper, thinly sliced

1 package dry cream of leek soup mix

1 cup Chinese noodles

   Toss ham with pineapple in a 1 1/2 -quart casserole. Saute celery and green pepper in butter until slightly tender, but crisp; add to ham mixture. Combine soup mix with 1 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 3 minutes. Stir into ham mixture, mixing thoroughly. Sprinkle top of casserole with Chinese noodles. Bake at 375 F. degrees for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings
